Endurance rigs often require continuous unsupervised running sometimes for many months. We ensure sensible halts if the part or system under test should fail - with full diagnostics and logging coupled with rigorous automatic safety monitoring and shutdown.

Rigs can come in any shape and form from portable logging devices to multi-station 24x7 facilities.

Our monitoring can utilize AS-Interface, serial, parallel, Ethernet or wireless communication methods (or any combination) depending on speed, position and noise-immunity requirements.

Data can then be logged to media of your choice in whatever format you require for later analysis.
