| With our control systems, we enable you to increase production, improve the quality of your products and reduce scrap. Our systems include safety up to Category 4 if required - all fully monitored in our HMI. We design control systems which are PLC driven or PC-based depending on the requirements. | ||||||||||||

We specialise in single and multi-station control systems allowing you to improve consistency and product shape, speed up production or provide you with a more operator-friendly HMI – either for new machinery or to replace the control system on an existing machine. Our systems can synchronise to existing systems – using, for example, encoders, visual systems or laser sensors. | |||||||||||

Our operator interfaces are easy to learn, intuitive to use and allow you to alter parameters on the fly. Password levels allow operators, supervisors and engineers to access screens specific to their functions. As well as all the I/O, you can monitor the performance of the motors and drives giving you the ability to predict problems and plan maintenance. Clear fault diagnostics aid the operators and engineers to quickly identify causes of stoppages, speeding up return to production. |
